The purpose of this webinar is to define what constitutes an irreparable rotator cuff tear. We will then discuss the strategies for management of these complex injuries. This will focus on joint sparing procedures rather than reverse shoulder arthroplasty strategies.

• To identify surgical strategies for managing these injuries
• To understand the different indications and pluses/minuses for each potential management strategy
• To learn the technical nuances of each surgical strategy including superior capsular reconstruction, tendon transfer, and balloon arthroplasty
