This webinar will discuss evaluation and surgical treatment of glenohumeral arthritis with posterior glenoid wear. Evaluation and classification will be reviewed with tips and tricks for surgical planning. Our speakers will discuss when and how to employ the many options for these cases including anatomic shoulder arthroplasty with eccentric glenoid reaming, augmented glenoid components, glenoid bone grafting, and reverse shoulder arthroplasty. Finally, several challenging cases will be reviewed and discussed by the panel.
