This activity will focus on how a young surgeon can build their practice in the first 5 - 7 years of practice. The webinar will focus on how to become engaged in a new practice and community. How to develop your personal footprint and referral patterns as well as learn from your mentors and senior partners. This will discuss the growth of your surgical practice and decision making as well as how to develop your academic skills for research and teaching of mentees.
