Welcome to the Intellectual Property Learning Modules. The purpose of this exercise is to increase orthopaedic surgeons’ awareness of copyright issues encountered in the educational publishing business. Two modules are offered: one focuses on basic intellectual property issues and case-based situations, and the other covers more advanced topics. The modules consist of multiple-choice questions, some on general concepts and others based on real-life situations that have occurred in Academy education programs. You are free to complete one or both modules. You will be awarded 0.5 CME credits for each module you complete.
