A failed anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction can be devastating to a patient. Furthermore, outcomes following revision ACL reconstruction are often inferior to primary ACL reconstruction. A comprehensive approach to evaluating the failed ACL patient is of utmost importance in order to optimize outcomes and success with revision surgery.
